At SkinAuntie, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

Certain items such as used skincare products or opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
